FDBL series brake energy absorption device-energy storage type

In urban rail transit projects, DC-AC variable-voltage variable-frequency transmission is generally used. The braking method of the vehicle is electric braking (regenerative braking) + mechanical braking. In operation, electric braking is the main method, and mechanical braking is the auxiliary. During the operation of the train, due to the short distance between stations, the train starts and brakes frequently, and the braking energy is considerable. According to experience, in addition to a certain proportion of the energy generated by subway regenerative braking (usually 20% to 80%, which varies according to the train operating density and interval distance) is absorbed and utilized by other adjacent trains, the remaining part will be mainly used by the trains. The recovery resistor is dissipated as heat or absorbed by the recovery device on the line. At present, the main absorption method of domestic urban rail transit is to use resistance energy consumption absorption device to deal with regenerative energy during train operation, which not only wastes energy, but also increases the burden of air conditioning and ventilation devices in the station, and increases urban rail construction costs and operating costs. If this part of the energy can be absorbed and reused, these problems will be solved.
Energy storage type, that is, a supercapacitor absorption device. The working principle is that when the DC voltage rises due to the regenerative braking of the train, the equipment works in the charging state and stores the energy in the super capacitor. When the train starts to lower the DC voltage, the equipment works in the discharging state to release the energy in the super capacitor. To the DC traction network, the braking energy is better utilized and the DC voltage fluctuation is smaller.
